Updates
Softpack reserves the right to create, in the future, modified versions of Gestwin, as well as other accessory components, which will be considered an integral part of Gestwin and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract, by users who come to use them. purchase.
User Licenses
The non-exclusive licenses for use for Gestwin are as follows: BASIC, JÚNIOR, LITE, FULL, NET e MULTIEMPRESA.
The acquisition of any license to use Gestwin necessarily implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Ownership of Gestwin
The User owns, after the acquisition, the non-exclusive license to use the copy of Gestwin.
Softpack owns the right to copy or copies that may be made of Gestwin, regardless of the form or support in which they are presented.
Any change in the name of the holder must be communicated in writing to Softpack, directly or through an authorized reseller, within thirty days.
Playback restrictions
Gestwin is protected by copyright legislation, by law nº109/91, of 17 August, as well as by international copyright treaties.
Unauthorized reproduction of Gestwin, by any means, as well as its modification, merger or inclusion in another product is expressly prohibited.
Violation of the terms or conditions of use and reproduction of this product and in general any violation of copyright, practiced or encouraged by non-compliance with this contract, entail the legal responsibility of the User, namely the obligation to compensate for all damages resulting from the violation.
Restrictions on use
The User is expressly prohibited from modifying, adapting, translating, disassembling or by any means decoding or creating derivative works, based on Gestwin, without the prior written consent of Softpack.
Transfer restrictions
It is expressly forbidden for the User, under any circumstances, to distribute, transfer, assign, rent or sell copies of Gestwin to third parties, temporarily or permanently, without having been previously authorized in writing by Softpack.
Technical support
Softpack guarantees free technical support, via telephone, to the user of Gestwin, in the first three months, after the purchase date of this product. After this period, technical support for Gestwin will be guaranteed by means of a technical assistance contract to be signed between the parties.
Reservation of rights
Softpack reserves the right to use Gestwin users' suggestions in order to improve this product in the future, as well as to use other information provided by them for its own commercial purposes. All rights not expressed are reserved by Softpack.
Softpack or any entity that has participated in the creation, production or distribution of this product, is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, damages caused and lost profits, including damages resulting from lost profits, business interruption, loss of information and other similar, arising from the use or inability to use this product.
Validity
This concession has an unlimited duration, except for termination, which will take place, upon notification by Softpack, in the event that the User does not respect the terms or does not comply with the conditions stipulated in this contract.
In the event of termination, the User undertakes to irreversibly destroy all copies and accessory components of Gestwin.
Use of data from the Google API
The Gestwin software stores local session cookies to manage Google credentials. These cookies are mandatory, containing an account identifier and access tokens used by the software to communicate with Google APIs.
Google provides APIs that allow the integration of Google Calendar and Google Drive with external applications such as Gestwin.
By logging in with an existing and valid Google account within the application, the user gives consent to the Gestwin program to access data relating to the Calendar and Drive services belonging to that account, allowing:
- Create, read, and edit events and calendars associated with the account's Calendar service. Upload files to your account's Drive.
For the purpose of using the scheduling features integrated with Google Calendar, the user gives permission to the Gestwin application to be able to share any information assigned to events and calendars created in the interface with Google services.
- These data include:
- Titles and descriptions of events and calendars.
- Start and end dates and times of events.
- Emails belonging to event participants.
- Identification codes of products and third parties referenced by the events.
For the purpose of using the file backup features for Google Drive, the user gives permission to the Gestwin application to be able to share any document or file selected for backup with Google services, in accordance with google's privacy policy, which can be read at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The Gestwin program does not use these cookies for commercial or advertising purposes, nor does it share any of the data received from Google services with third parties.
